UPDATE: Some library services (including walk-through browsing & computer access) are currently paused to help slow the spread of COVID-19 in our community.
Customers may pick up requested items and return borrowed items to the Westerville Public Library. These services feature contact-less service for the health and safety of our community.
Customers are encouraged to reserve items online or by calling 614-882-7277 ext. 2. Please be patient and expect delays as we adhere to best practices.
Library building is currently closed. Digital resources remain available 24/7.
The library continues to follow recommendations from government officials, health officials, the Ohio Library Council, and the REALM project while planning a responsible restart to operations. Library staff will stagger shifts, wear face coverings, maintain social distancing, wash hands, perform daily symptom assessments, and disinfect common areas. Returned items will be quarantined for at least 10 days before they are made available to others.
“Our plan is to remain flexible and seek innovative solutions while keeping the health and safety of our community as our top priority,” says Erin Francoeur, Executive Director.
The library's top priority remains the community’s health and safety. Recommendations from government officials, local authorities, and health departments related to COVID-19 will continue to guide our decisions over the coming weeks and months.
